In 2017 we started our roll-out of self-service touchscreens with Best Western Plus in London, working with our long-term partner The London Hotel Group (LHR). Wembley and Croydon now have self-service check-in capability, meaning the guests can arrive, enter their reference number and the kiosk will take payment, allocate their room and encode their contactless door card, allowing guests super-fast access to their rooms. They can also upgrade their rooms and add pre-authorisation capability to allow any additional incidentals to be added to their room.

There are now 9 hotels in the Best Western Plus group of hotels owned by LHR and we look forward to working with them as partners to extend the self-service capability to all Best Western Plus Hotels in London.  The next hotels to be made live will be in Clapham and Queens.
