I would definitely recommend it to other hotels (FutureSens’ self-service check-in). If they are in the same mindset as us and if they have a similar business model to us and are facing the same challenges that we face than this is one answer among many others across hotel operations where we can improve efficiencies and protect against potential labour shortages and also enhance the guest experience by giving them that digital choice. I think as we look towards the next generation that’s going to become an expectation and it’s important to stay ahead of the curve.
