I work with each section within the Futuresens company, my main workload is with customer support by taking calls from hotel guest and hotel staff members and helping to support them. From time to time I will help with Installing units in hotels when needed and focusing more with making sure the hardware will continue to work and I am also the main person that will build up the units by bringing in the necessary products/equipment. I also help with creating videos to allow our sales team to show the latest features we are bringing out to our customers.
