Following go-live at Inverness Palace Best Western Hotel and our preparations for a Roll-Out at twenty two RBH Oracle Opera Hotels, we won another Oracle Opera contract following an introduction to the Holiday Inn Birmingham by our Partners at Oracle of Global Accounts (EMEA). This included a comprehensive development project to integrate self-check-in with the IHG One Rewards scheme and involved three accreditation rounds with the Oracle Opera Accreditations Team in the USA. Look out for our terminals and smooth check-in work flow including upgrades and special members benefits at these hotels. The roll-out is underway at other UK Holiday Inn hotels!
